The room and bathroom were really clean. The place was safe and quiet. The room had 2 cups 2 Tee bags,and 2 glasses, 2 ness cafes, 1 Tv, 1 safe, 1 slider wardrobe , a small fridge and a Queen size bed as I expected. The location was really good in downtown near Bus station and U-Bahn station. There are supermarkets near for food and drinks. About 10 minutes to the train station. There was a big waiting hall for people who came before the check in time.

A cosy hotel in a beautiful and safe area. Nearby there are shops, restaurants and cafes, park and sights. It is convenient and fast to get to the city center by public transport. The rooms are clean and warm.

Breakfast was great, with good selection of hot and cold options, sweet and savoury. Loved that the room had an empty fridge for storing water etc. Very interesting old decor in common areas, especially the ceilings. Great location. Reasonably clean. Great price considering last-minute booking during football championships. Room was facing inner courtyard and relatively quiet, except the one evening after Turkey won a football match and there seemed to be an extremely loud street party outside.

Great location. Close to the zoo, lots of cafes, restaurants and shopping centers nearby. Great with transportation, both tourist and public. Attentive staff. Good breakfast. We knew in advance that the building is old and there would be some unusual things like creaky steps and old elevator that stops between floors. This is all fine when you are prepared for it.

The location is great. The room was quite well for the price. All the stuff including bathroom is freshly repaired. There were everything I needed, except good pillows and proper winter blanket.

Just arrived but can't wait for the review. It is better than we expected! We are delighted with the friendly service at the reception, the cleanliness of the room and everywhere in this hotel is really excellent and we are very grateful to Krystyna who paid attention to every detail in our room. The location is very good, the decoration is amazing with great taste! We will spend a wonderful three days in this city and we will definitely visit again this hotel in the future!!! I really liked the location, it's comfortable to arrive from the airport by a direct train, the train stop is close to the hotel. Also, the stop for hop on-hop off buses is nearby. There is a bakery&cafeteria across the street, that is perfect for breakfast. The room was clean, comfortable to stay at, we had all necessary things for a good stay. So, it's a good option for a relatively cheap and comfy stay for this city.

This hotel was central to where we needed to be for an appointment. The rooms ( we booked two rooms; one double and one single) were both good and comfortable. There was a large school group of teenagers at the hotel, who were somewhat noisy. Not the hotels fault, I know, but kids being kids these days, were oblivious to their surroundings. Blocked passages, chatting right in front of the breakfast buffet, etc which detracted a bit from our enjoyment. Again, I stress, not the hotels fault. I most certainly would stay here again. Parking was available at the hotel at €25 per night. There were streetworks. There is also a Departmental store close by and they too provided parking. There are many eateries in this area, so having a meal was no problem. I enjoyed looking at some of the hotels old features. Beautiful.
